We are committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important details regarding timelines, delivery options, and freight information.

Order Processing

  • All standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order items (including Custom Series or non-standard sizes) may require additional lead time, depending on the complexity and production schedule.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, and a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via reputable freight carriers as our standard shipping method for large-format displays. A signature will be required.
  • Smaller accessories or components may ship via standard ground services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • White-glove delivery and installation services may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery within 4–8 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.
  • For certain large-format or international shipments, a custom shipping quote may be provided after checkout.

Shipping Damages & Claims

To ensure a smooth delivery experience and protect your purchase, please review and follow these important instructions:

  1. Inspect Your Shipment Immediately Upon Delivery
  • Report any issues (including damage, missing items, or water exposure) to the driver at the time of delivery.
  • All issues must be clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt.
  • The driver must acknowledge and sign the noted issues on-site.

2. Refuse Delivery if Severe Damage is Present 

  • If the shipment appears seriously damaged, you may refuse the delivery to avoid accepting compromised goods.

3. Submit Photo Evidence Within 24 Hours

  • Take clear photos of any damage and submit them to our support team within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Final Note: 

Once the shipment is signed without notation, the ability to file claims for missing or damaged items may be limited. Please inspect carefully before signing.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability and receive a custom quote.
  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during international transit unless otherwise noted.
